Welcome back students, we are excited to start another exciting year here at Lincoln. Below is a checklist to follow for the first day of school.
 
First Day of School
Monday, August 21st at 8:15am
  • Arrive to Lincoln at 8:15 am and report to the Southeast Parking Lot and enter through the gym doors
  • Bring your DPS Chromebook. (returning students need to bring their Chromebook from last year).
    • If you do not have a DPS computer one will be provided the first day of school.
  • View Important Dates.
  • View Bell Schedule below.
  • View Dress Code below.
  • Learn how to access your schedule online.

Important Dates:
Monday, August 28th – Picture Day: Students will receive their ID card during math their math class.
Friday, August 25th – All Students will be STAR Testing 8:25am-10:25 with their Lancer Family Teacher.
Star Testing: 8:25-10:25
Period 1: 10:29-11:04
Period 2: 11:08-11:43
Period 3: 11:47-12:22
Period 4: 1:11 – 1:46
Period 5: 1:50 – 2:25
Period 6: 2:29 – 3:04
Period 7: 3:08 – 3:43
Monday, August 28th – Picture Day – Students will receive their Photo ID on this day.
 
Wednesday, August 30th – 4:30pm – Mandatory – Back to School Night for all parents and students
 
Monday, September  4th – No School – Labor Day
Monday, September  11th – Half Day – Students will be released at 1pm.

FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2024, YOUTH 19 AND UNDER CAN JUST HOP ON BOARD *
RTD is excited to welcome a future generation of transit users to experience all the benefits at no cost.
Zero Fare for Youth is a one-year pilot program that aims to enhance the lives of RTD customers and communities by reducing transportation costs for families.

By inviting youth ages 19 and under to ride the bus and train at no cost, we also remove barriers to education and employment, while creating access to destinations across the metro Denver region. If you’re new to our system, check out our How to Ride video.

*What Do I Need to Show When I Ride?
To ride at no cost as part of this program, you must be prepared to show one of the following to the bus operator or fare inspector: current school ID, valid government-issued ID, alien registration/permanent resident card, Military ID/dependent card with DOB, RTD-issued youth special discount card.

Los estudiantes seguirán el horario de campana 23-24 a continuación.
El final del día para los estudiantes será:
  • Estudiantes se reportan a las 8:15am, listos para clase  Y La salida es a la: 3:40pm

DESDE EL 1 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2023 HASTA EL 31 DE AGOSTO DE 2024, LOS JÓVENES DE 19 AÑOS Y MENORES PUEDEN SUBIR A BORDO *

RTD se complace en dar la bienvenida a una futura generación de usuarios de tránsito para que experimenten todos los beneficios sin costo alguno.
Zero Fare for Youth es un programa piloto de un año que tiene como objetivo mejorar la vida de los clientes y las comunidades de RTD al reducir los costos de transporte para las familias.

*¿Qué debo mostrar cuando viajo?

Para viajar sin costo como parte de este programa, estar preparado para mostrar uno de los siguientes documentos al operador del autobús o al inspector de tarifas válido: debe identificación escolar actual, identificación emitida por el gobierno, registro de extranjero/tarjeta de residente permanente, identificación militar/dependiente tarjeta con fecha de nacimiento, tarjeta de descuento especial para jóvenes emitida por RTD.
