Heather Ray grew up in Virginia and attended the College of William and Mary, earning a BS in Psychology. She spent most of her time there running on their Division 1 Cross Country and Track teams. Once she headed off to Colorado, she attended Denver Seminary and earned her MA in Counseling. This is my 11th year at Abraham Lincoln High School, and my 11th year as a School Counselor. I love the Lincoln community and have never left once I landed here! Outside of school, I love spending time with my family. My daughter is finishing up High School this year, and my son is a first year Buff at CU Boulder. My passion is running, specifically exploring the trails in the mountains, and teaching 1st grade students in Sunday School.
