The Denver Broncos, alongside Denver Public Schools, and CHSAA, are proud to support girls high school flag football. Thank you to all of the schools, coaches, players and officials. Girls interested in playing can fill out the Family ID above. Girls who want to play and their high school doesn’t offer Flag football can participate at Lincoln High School. Denver Broncos Futures Football Program was designed to promote the sport of football in Denver Public Schools. The program was developed with the Denver Broncos as the lead partner in 2008.

Colorado Rockies RBI Baseball & Softball Program

Lancer Baseball & Softball is a proud participant of MLB RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner-Cities). If you know a rising 8th grader or rising 9th grader who is interested please contact Lincoln High School. Summer baseball/softball is free. Students from schools who don’t have baseball or softball as a sport can participate at Lincoln. Email: AskALancer@dpsk12.org

ALHS Media Days

ALHS Media Day is a student-led event we host three times a year for all seasonal Sports/Activities. Lincoln’s Digital Media and Photography Classes set up their studios and capture photos of our Student Athletes, Drama, Dance, and JROTC participants. The photos captured are for social media, athlete shoutouts, and sports schedule.

Process to register and become approved for 2025-25 Sport Tryouts

All Lancer Athletes will need to register through FamilyID to participate.

  1. Please register, pay the pay to play fee, and provide consent for your student through. https://www.familyid.com/abraham-lincoln-high-school
  2. Upload a current physical examination to family ID or email the copy to kevin_arroyo@dpsk12.net
    1. A blank physical form can be found here if needed https://chsaanow.com/documents/2021/8/10//Physical_Examination_Form.pdf?id=503
    2. The Abraham Lincoln High School Denver Health Clinic will open in August 2024. Please call to make an appointment for a free physical exam 720-423-5020
    3. Physicals are good for 365 days.
  3. Academic Transcript Review-  Incoming 10th-12th grade students must meet the CHSAA eligibility requirements.  Students who have 2+ Fs or I’s on the 2024 Transcript, will not be eligible to begin the season and will need to academically regain.   Incoming 9th grade students do not have a High School transcript at the start of the High School Sports season, and therefore do not require an academic transcript review.

Students that are not approved for tryouts and/or practice, will not be permitted to participate beginning the first day of the official season. Please review the list of approved students for the winter 2024-25 season that can be found below.  If your student is not on this list, please see the process above or begin with registering at  https://www.familyid.com/abraham-lincoln-high-school
