Thursday, January 11th, and Friday, January 12th:

Lincoln students will have an adjusted schedule due to the Access Testing. Below is an overview for the Access Testing Days Thursday, Jan 11th and Friday, Jan 12th.

* Students in the M.I or M.I.A program, please refer to the communication form your Teacher.

Thursday, January 11th – ACCESS Testing | Students dismissed at 1:10pm

• Asynchronous Day (stay home) for those not taking the ACCESS Test. 
• If your student needs to take the ACCESS Test you and your students will be notified the week of Jan 4.

Friday, January 11th – Early Release Day at 1PM – Due to afternoon Access Testing Session

• All Students will attend Periods 1-7
  • 8:25 am – 1:00 pm
• Students in ACCESS Testing will participate in the Afternoon ACCESS Testing Session after early release and will be released by 3:40PM

Multilingual Learners (MLLs) in grades K-12 will participate in the ACCESS for ELLs state assessment. This assessment measures a student’s English language skills in the areas of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. ACCESS is used by classroom teachers to determine the level of language support that a student may need during instruction. With this information, we are able to monitor student progress on an annual basis and determine when a student is ready to be placed in mainstream instruction.   

Please be sure that your student arrives on time for their scheduled days so that they do not miss sections of the test, as this would require a make-up session.

Jueves, 11 de enero – Prueba ACCESS | Estudiantes despedidos a las 1:10pm

• Dia Asincrónica (quedarse en casa) para quienes no sew requiere tomar la Prueba ACCESS.
• Si su estudiante necesita tomar el examen ACCESS, usted y sus estudiantes serán notificados la semana del 9 de enero.

Viernes, 12 de enero – Día de salida temprano a la 1:45 p. m. – Debido a la sesión de prueba de acceso de la tarde

• Todos los estudiantes asistirán a los períodos 1-7
• 8:25 a. m. a 1:00 p. m.
• Los estudiantes en la prueba ACCESS participarán en la sesión de prueba ACCESS de la tarde después de la salida temprana.

Los estudiantes multilingües (MLL) en los grados K-12 participarán en la evaluación estatal ACCESS for ELL.
