Mission Statement

All students graduating from Abraham Lincoln High School will be prepared both academically and socially to become positive and productive citizens. The focus of Abraham Lincoln High School will be to engage students and involve parents to create a community of learning and achievement.

Registration dates for all students attending Abraham Lincoln High School for the 09-10 school year is as follows:

August 1st 10:00am-2:00pm
August 8th 10:00am-2:00pm
August 11th 8:00am-3:00pm
August 12th 8:00am-3:00pm

All students New or Returning must provide: Residency verification acceptable forms of proof issued within the last 30 days- Public Service, Cable or Water. Mortgage statements must be notarized. Colorado ID, Drivers License and Cellular phone bills will Not be accepted.

Required documents for students New to Denver Public Schools: Birth Certificate or Passport, Immunization Record, previous school records-withdrawal form showing current grades and classes and unofficial transcript. Guardianship papers if both parents are not in the home.

Students transferring to Abraham Lincoln from another Denver Public High School must first withdraw from their previous high school and bring a transcript and evidence of the withdrawal before the process can begin.

The first day of school for freshmen students only is Wednesday, August 19th, at 7:25am. All students return to school on Thursday, August 20th.
